The inspection process includes detailed site assessments, review of project documentation, verification of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and fire protection systems, and identification of any non-conformities requiring corrective action prior to final approval. Upon successful completion of the inspection, detailed reports and recommendations are issued to facilitate regulatory approvals and support the timely commissioning and operation of healthcare facilities.
