The proposed Maritime Development at the Break Water Abu Dhabi is envisioned to include construction a covered marina, 55 floor tower with 2 basement areas, 2 podiums featuring a mall, a 5 star hotel and residential apartments. The Investor’s approach to developing the Maritime area will emphasize a long-term, cohesive strategy designed to maximize the value derived from this important landmark project.
